(1) In the event that a licensee has left his locality and temporarily moved to another place, he may renew his firearms license from the license renewal officer of the same locality.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), the officer renewing the permit (license renewal) after renewing the permit (license renewal), he shall notify the same in accordance with sub-rule 11 of Rule 11. According to (1), it should be given to the concerned authority who has the authority to renew the license.
